1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website hub-trailcore.click, enrolling in any training cohort, purchasing a workshop seat, or receiving one-on-one technical analysis mentorship from Hub Trail Core ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "Participant," or "Analyst") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access our materials or enroll in our programs.

2. Educational Nature & Financial Disclaimer

Hub Trail Core is an educational organisation providing technical chart analysis training. All materials, presentations, Fibonacci ratio guides, chart breakdown recordings, and live classroom audits are provided strictly for educational and training purposes.

  • We do not provide personal financial product advice, general financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management.
  • No commentary or chart setup presented during workshops constitutes a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial security, derivative, currency, or commodity.
  • Trading in financial markets carries substantial risk of capital loss. Past historical performance and geometric chart patterns do not guarantee future market results.
  • Participants are solely responsible for their own investment and trading decisions.

3. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All course curricula, printed and digital Fibonacci Geometry Field Guides, ratio calculators, custom charting scripts, slide decks, and session recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of Hub Trail Core and Noah Collins.

Enrollment grants the Participant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for individual study only. You may not copy, record, republish, resell, distribute, or stream any part of the training to third parties without prior written consent.

4. Enrollment, Fees & Seat Reservations

Tuition fees for our Masterclasses, Weekend Intensives, and Private Mentorships must be settled according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Because workshop seats are strictly limited (e.g., capped at 10 to 12 participants), reservations are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Hub Trail Core, its instructors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our educational materials, charting frameworks, or inability to access training platforms.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
